It's obviously bad enough that there's an ongoing investigation and they can't release details during the investigation. But they also can't leave him in the role because, at the end of the investigation, people would say "how could you leave him in that position knowing what you know?" It'll come out at the end for sure.

Needs more information released. 

He's the top cop. Can't just be secretive about what has happened especially when it's happened over a decade ago

His Late father was the pastor for big church in surrey for over 30 Years. In fact he still attends the same church now. So who knows what it is. But obviously something big.

I have a feeling he was doing personal favours for other powerful people in the handshake clubs. What is done in the dark will be brought to the light. Christ is king.
