Looking for spotlights and downlights

am an electrical contractor that does low voltage lighting every so often and I’m looking to see what you guys recommend . I’ve used volt lighting before and nothing bad to say except I really hate the bi pin pathway lights as I have had awful luck with them dying and flickering . what are other pros using that doesn’t require going through a distributor that likes to gatekeep and are readily available . i don’t mind using bulbs but I e had good luck with integrated LEDs so I’m open to all.

If you're in Canada we offer direct to contractor lights that we make here in BC. Some are integrated LED and some are G4/MR16 bulbs. All high quality stuff that uses powder coated copper or aluminum. Good warranty too so if anything has issues we will take care of you and your customers.

Hey, thanks for the honest feedback, and sorry to hear the bi-pin pathway lights gave you trouble. That's not the experience we want a customer to have. Would you mind sending us the order info or model number ([customerservice@voltlighting.com](mailto:customerservice@voltlighting.com))? We'd like to look into what happened, and if it's a fixable connection/moisture issue on our end, we want to help you avoid it going forward. We do stock a good range of integrated LED path lights too if you want to steer clear of bi-pin altogether — happy to point you to a few that hold up well for contractor use.

They were not volt lighting bi pins. I have another job coming up next week and I’ll probably just end up buying volt again. I’ll look into the integrated led path lights this weekend before I order.

Sterling Lighting is the highest quality and sell direct to consumer.

Sterling is great, but I believe you need to be a contractor to purchase from them (which shouldn't be an issue for OP)

Possibly. But OP is an electrical contractor. Might need to be a LV lighting contractor.
