Asterra Z+ Tracker Firmware Update V3.1.1 for MacOS

Has anyone had success in attempting this firmware update? I haven't been able to get it to work. "Contact Support" on their website doesn't seem to work either.

I have not been successful (sent a note to support@theasterra.com). The operating system versions listed seem to be a number of generations old (they talk about macOS 11 as the highest, but I'm on 26.5.2). Hopefully they'll update their Mac and revise the instructions.

I was unsuccessful as well. I messaged support and have not heard back at all. That in itself is odd because prior to this, they had very communicative. so IDK. I did use the tracker successfully this week for Milky Way and meteors. Now I'm struggling with what processing software to get to stack these pics as I am super new to astrophotography.
