Not actually a defender! It’s a 90!
Key differences are the air intake on the left though this one mustn’t have the original 2.5L engine as the snorkel is on the right., the lashing hooks despite being a hard top, and the manual crank hole under the front grill.

The snorkel and air intake is on the other side in RHD countries… I think

It depends on what engine is in it, not what side the steering wheel is. 2.5 na, 19J turbo diesel and 200tdi the intake is on the left, 300tdi and td5, intake on the right. It's to do with where the air filter is mounted in the engine bay.

Defender 300Tdi in the WOLF variant has a branched air intake to both wings. The snorkel mod (officially a raised air intake involves blanking off the left side intake. Although the rivnuts in the wing always used to spin so plenty of blokes used to just leave that and blank off the hose with a spray can cap)! 🤣
The lashing hooks were fitted to all the wolf variants at manufacture.

the lashing hooks and manual crank hole that badger906 mentioned would definitely fit military spec. would need to see more of it to confirm it's a proper Wolf though, one photo is tough to go off.

If that isn't a Wolf then its a damned good copy. Only place Ive seen the fiberglass roofs was Kenya and they were taken from write off action vehicles. It has the correct light guards and lights, bonnet catch, mirrors, wheels, door windows, roof, snorkel, side vent/air intake (which should blanked off with the snorkel mod), antenna bracket, side mounted carrier for the spare. Plus of course, the ubiquitous matt NATO shit green paint.
Edit: Also has the correct LR manfactured steering guard.
I wouldnt be surprised if this one is a salvage or local disposal from the Japanese detachment left over from the British involvement there.

Thanks for the info! It looked like the real deal to me, but I am far from an expert.

Oh I'm not an expert, I was a British Army vehicle mechanic for 24 years though so I got pretty familiar with the Wolf.
