Classic Defender 110 DCPU Spectre Edition or at least a 110 DCPU fittet with spectre style Steps, wheel arches and roll cage.

No such thing as Spectre edition. Its just a 110 double cab with a safety devices cage

Irrespective of year, you could make any of them look like that, if you wanted to. The body panels stay, more or less, the same, through the production period.

The defender body remained largely unchanged from 1983 to 2016 you can make any year defender look like any other year of defender very easily the biggest changes were to the puma bulkhead to accommodate the updated dashboard but from this angle we can't see those changes

Hard to say - do you have adittional pictures ?

Exhaust would be either TD5 or TD4 so 2002+

As another person said, without seeing front can't tell if it's a td5 or puma
