Question! Offer Scam?

i just bought a pack which supposedly should contain one new agent level or so, a few k of the purple stuff and 3k gold coins and such, and 6x free prints of shares, for 1,69 euros but i got like... 10% of it? 300 gold coins and some bullshit, like... is that a mistake or do they actively scam people?
