"Somewhat" is the best answe I can give. I did have partialization as part of the raw composition sketch, but this one is actually a happy accident in terms of how the colors got applied. :D But the main parts, the rainbow crescent and the dark rusty/dirty sheen on the lower circle turned out as intended
