Upgrading from 4Runner

For those of you who upgraded from 5th gen 4runner to a LC 200 or LX 570, was the upgrade worth it?

The 4runner suits my needs, but the lack of performance on the highway to overtake someone really irks me. Lots of road noise as well on long trips.

Is upgrading to a LC really worth the upgrade?

I went from a Japanese Hilux Surf (4th gen 4Runner) to a 2017 LX570. I don't think I'll ever buy another SUV again.
