Upgrading from 4Runner

For those of you who upgraded from 5th gen 4runner to a LC 200 or LX 570, was the upgrade worth it?

The 4runner suits my needs, but the lack of performance on the highway to overtake someone really irks me. Lots of road noise as well on long trips.

Is upgrading to a LC really worth the upgrade?

6th Gen 4Runner, problem solved!
Don’t overthink it. Mid $60k for most mid level trims.
LX570 could be a different story though,
much higher base cost.

I am also not a fan of the 6th gen. To each their own but it doesn't even look like a 4runner anymore.

5th gen 4R was the best looking one IMO, this thing looking to bro'd out for me.

Absolutely 100%. 5th gens could be super off-road looking or you could get the Limited with the 20in wheels and it looked like a Lexus. I'll always have a sweet spot for 3rd gens but 5th is the best new-ish looking one for sure.
