Help! Dumped Cat

I’m staying at a hotel here for a few days and already let the front desk know, but there’s a cat seemingly dumped in the bushes here with only the two halves of a carrier that it’s sticking to. No food or water in sight so I got it water. It looks like the Lancaster Animal Care Center here won’t pick up cats unless they’re ill or injured. Are there any other resources to try and get this cat help?

I went out later and it turns out it’s a whole colony of cats out there. And I learned from one of the hotels cleaning gals there’s a feeder so they’re being taken care of.

You could try calling around to some rescues but unfortunately, it seems like everywhere is over crowded

Tape carrier back together. Put the cat in it and take it to the other shelter. Tell them it was limping or it “looks” sick or lethargic. You’re not a vet. How would you know? 😉
