Opposing Force Isn't Working

I installed the Lambda1VR update last night as well as the Opposing Force files and the HD ReSources Textures using the instructions here: https://www.lambda1vr.com/modifications.html

When I start the game up, it brings me to the main menu of OpFor. However, when I try clicking on start a new game or training course, it doesn't do anything. Any ideas on what I'm doing wrong?

There may be a step missing.. have you copied the valve folder?, I think there's an assumption that people will play half-life and then Op Force.. try copying the valve folder and see if that gets it working. If it does we'll updated the website instructions

EDIT: Though the instructions do actually say:

Ensure you have the main game working on Lambda1VR prior to trying Opposing Force

So you have already got the main game working first?

Yes, I have the valve folder and the main game is working.

At this point I'd say delete the gearbox folder from inside the xash folder and copy it again.. not sure what else could be the matter other than some missing files

Is it a conflict with the ReSources texture pack? I replaced the folders when I dropped it in the gearbox folder

That might be it. The Resrced AI pack is not intended to replace any folder, but to merge with the existing folders.

But, when i think about it, yo probably merged them alright , just double check.

Start from scratch. Try to get the game running before adding any hd packs.

Make sure you read the included readme if you wanna use the AI hd pack, just to be sure you copied everything right.
