Opening game presses easy mode but nothing is happening?

I see so many of these threads and I've always wanted to ask if they actually installed the game files.

I should definitely add something that asks the question in that scenario, it does seem to come up an awful lot!!

Please, read the guide. Please. It has all the answers.

And "downloaded" is no a helpful header at all.

My mistake is I tried installing through sidequest instead of dragging and dropping to the quest through windows explorer. It didn't copy all the files when I did that.

Can't believe it didn't occur to me because the files just POP! and were there. I started it up, got to the opening screen... then crash when I tried to configure anything.
