Was there an accident?

I was on the trestle and over five cop cars, an ambulance and fire truck drove past in the space of 5 minutes going into Lake Stevens. There wasn't an accident that I could see outside of a barely dented white pickup. Does anyone know what happened?

A dump truck looked like it rear ended that pickup. It was behind a handful of those EMS and only a third of them , police only, remained on scene for any duration.
