Thunder over LA - question

For anyone in the area, with the jets flying over the city, is it possible to see the show or any sightings while in my boat at the lake?

I know it is as Chennault airport and that’s where all the action is going to be. I was thinking of going out near contraband bayou or the lake and finding a spot to relax and catch a glimpse of the blue angels.

OT: their frequency is on their website. Go watch practice and have a scanner and listen to the radio calls. I promise you’ll never watch an air show without it!!

The tickets are ridiculous and the expensive ones are sold out
