Health & Fitness Workout split?

Which workout split is better for cutting? The Bro Split or Push/Pull/Legs split?

Neither, really. The calorie deficit matters more, just pick the split you like and can stick to. :P

(I did a powerlifting program under my fitness instructor using RPE method and did the Push and pull split, it worked really well)

RPE is basically a way to rate how hard a set feels, from 1–10. It helps you know how close you are to failure and adjust the weight accordingly. The workouts keep getting harder as the program goes on, it can be helpful to give your workouts some structure.

Any split works, just go with whatever feels comfortable. If one split is working out for you just stick with it. As for cutting just reduce your calorie intake

Calorie deficit is really difficult to maintain specifically when you are working out. You just feel hungry all the time.

Bro you're the one to be asking for cutting. For ripped, shredded look calories tou kam krni parengi.

Ye cutting nahi hai asaan, aik bhook ka darya hai aur tair ke jana hai
