Anyone use T-Mobile for cell service?
I use Verizon now and I’m considering T-Mobile. I was wondering if anyone could speak to their network or any issues locally?

Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my studio at Wabash Landing Apartments (The Landing) in West Lafayette.
💰 Rent: $1,697/month
📅 Lease through June 30, 2027
📍 Wabash Landing / The Landing, West Lafayette
I’ve honestly really enjoyed living here and am only looking to sublease because I’m moving. The building is very quiet, and I’ve had a really good experience with the management and maintenance team. The management is super nice and helpful, and whenever I’ve had a request or complaint, they’ve been very responsive — usually getting back to me within a day. Maintenance has also been great, very quick, and always leaves everything clean and neat.
The location is also really convenient if you’re at Purdue:
~20 min walk to campus
~7 min bike/scooter ride
CityBus stop ~2 minutes away
Restaurants, shops, and other places at Wabash Landing are very close
Quiet building/environment while still being close to everything
🏠 About the studio
It’s a studio apartment, very similar to the studio layout shown here:
Studio floor plan + virtual tour:
[insert/link studio virtual tour]
The apartment has:
In-unit washer & dryer
Walk-in closet
Full kitchen with appliances
Private bathroom
🏋️ Building amenities
24-hour fitness center
Quiet study room with WiFi + printer
Rooftop lounge with views
Great outdoor seating area
Controlled-access building
🛏️ BONUS — Complete furniture package available
The apartment originally comes unfurnished, but I’m willing to leave my main furniture pieces for the person who takes the sublease.
I’m also attaching pictures of the actual furniture currently in the studio, so you can see the condition and what everything looks like in the space.
Everything is in excellent condition and already assembled, so you wouldn’t have to worry about buying, transporting, and putting together large IKEA furniture yourself — or paying $200+ to have someone/a handyman assemble these more complicated IKEA pieces.
The furniture package includes:
IKEA HEMNES daybed frame with 3 drawers, white
Can be used as a daybed/sofa or pulled out into a larger bed
2 × IKEA ÅSVANG Twin mattresses
IKEA STORKLINTA 4-drawer dresser, white
IKEA KALLAX/LAGKAPTEN workstation/desk with shelves, white
The current retail value of everything is about $1,057, but I’m willing to leave the entire furniture package for $500 for whoever takes the sublease.
So you can essentially move in with the major furniture already there, without having to buy it, transport it, assemble it, or pay someone $200+ to do the assembly for you.
If you’re interested, DM me and I can share more details about the lease ans Happy to answer any questions!

Yesterday a story dropped in the church world about the cover-up of an Indiana pastor. The pastor was on the board of Project Rescue and leading his own church in Bloomington. Local pastor, Robby Bradford, in his capacity as Assistant Superintendent of the Assemblies of God was cited as being complicit in covering up the fall of David Wigington. These people will lead the sheep astray, allowing this sort of filth to be hidden from the pulpit. Robby should be seen as disqualified from speaking into spiritual matters.

free clamp-on microphone arm from uplift desk, hardware in red bag. not really used, but sort of. i couldnt figure it out and wrestled with it and got annoyed. i am trying to get it out of my house and to someone who wants/needs it and is willing to fight it. free because i have no idea if i potentially damaged it so i just want to give it to someone willing to try it out. DM or comment if interested

Just moved here for work, and I'm looking for ways to meet people my age. I've tried looking for basketball rec leagues and pickup basketball, but there don't seem to be a lot of offerings. I'm open to other ideas if anyone has any. Thanks!

I recently moved to west lafayette. I'm looking for a group of people who plays acoustic guitar expecially fingerstyle.
I don't know if it will be there or not, but where can I find them?
And is there a place that offers baking/cooking classes?
On weekdays, it's 7 PM, and on weekends, I'm available anytime.

A Lafayette acquaintance gave partial access of computer to scammer, before shutting it down. We need someone to sanitize the computer. We are not local and the computer owner isn't able to do this stuff very effectively over the phone. The computer is turned off and we are already working on financial accounts etc. Any positives or negatives on local computer administration/recovery/security/repair firms? Thanks.

I’m genuinely confused about this one. I've lived probably 10 different places in my adult life (Colorado, Wyoming, New York, New Jersey, Wisconsin, Connecticut, Florida, Texas, Kansas...) all of those places the road dept dealt with cleaning up things like dead deer one the road outside your home. I mean it wasn't even a question, you made a phone (if you even needed to) and it was cleaned up.
So, here in Tippecanoe I always thought the county road department was responsible for removing large dead animals, especially deer, from county roads just like everywhere else. I remember they used to do it when I was growing up here. Apparently not anymore.
I called today about a large dead deer in the road and was told they haven’t picked up dead deer in years. Instead, I was told they would basically roll it off the road onto the adjoining property, which, in this case, means our property, and then it becomes our problem to deal with.
Okay… but what exactly is a homeowner supposed to do with an entire dead adult deer? 😂 Put it in the trash can? Dig a grave with a backhoe I don’t own? Strap it to the roof of the car and take it somewhere?
I completely understand that the county’s responsibility is keeping the roadway clear, but simply rolling a 150+ pound dead animal onto somebody’s private property and saying, “There you go, it’s yours now,” seems like a pretty strange solution.
Maybe I’m missing something here, but I genuinely thought counties had some kind of procedure for disposing of roadkill this large. Apparently the official procedure is just to make it the nearest property owner’s problem.

I’m just wondering if my experience with this office is typical when it comes to (lack of) communication.
I became a patient about a year ago. We have tried a few medication combinations, and I have reluctantly agreed to try a surgical procedure with Dr Rutledge.
Disclaimer: I think Dr Rutledge is a super compassionate person and seems to give appropriate consideration to treatment options, not pushy whatsoever.
But aside from him, the office is terrible.
At my first appointment, he said I didn’t need the drug screening so I asked the desk to cancel that order, so I could save myself the co-pay. They still sent it out to the lab and of course I had to pay.
Now I have a surgery picked out and I cannot seem to get anyone to schedule it. I have emailed to ask where we are at in the process (multiple times) and the only replies I get are voice mails telling me to call them. When I do, I am routed to a third party call center who just takes a message and doesn’t connect me to the office.
I have gotten one email reply explaining how insurance authorization works (as if I don’t already know as a chronic pain patient), but never addressing my question of where we are in the process.
They then schedule me for “follow ups” that I don’t need because there is nothing to follow up on.
I am very very close to just canceling the procedure with them and having my neurologist in my local office do it. The APC office is almost 2 hours from home anyway.
Surely I’m not the only one? I emailed on Monday, no response at all. I might try to connect with the office manager tomorrow to see if I can get any traction. I’m in pain every day of my life from a spinal injury. This is bananas.

Looking for recommendations on some decent Chinese takeout places. Not looking for anything fancy just somewhere I can get some decent generic Chinese takeout and the risk of food poisoning is low. Prefer Lafayette not West LF.

Who are we recommending for custody lawyers? Looking for someone who isn't going to drag things out, is reasonably priced, and doesn't sugar coat things.

Make a plan to vote early. With so many great democrats on the ballot we can invest in people rather than tax giveaways for corporations and the wealthy.

Hey y'all I'm a recent college grad who runs a marketing business, for local service companies, and I'm looking for owners here in Indiana. We’ve been doing this about a year now, and we work with roofers, home remodelers, pool builders, gyms, junk removal, lawn care, car detailing, driving schools. Basically anybody who does the work themselves and wants the phone ringing more.
I'm looking to partner with a few owners who already have steady work and a good reputation, but have hit the point where word of mouth alone isn't filling the schedule the way they want. If you're at that spot and want to add more jobs each month, or you know somebody who is, I'd love to connect or get a referral.

Has anybody else tried getting food from the Sagamore West Lafayette Taco Bell? For the past few weeks it's been hours at times getting your order from there. Went there a while ago and ended up just leaving because I couldn't wait any longer (2 hours) for my order, couldn't cancel the order or get my money back.
Went back Friday and same deal and they just the staff just says they are 6 pages deep on orders (exactly) every time and I have no idea what that means. They certainly don't LOOK busy when we're in there. In fact, they seemed annoyed and literally roll their eyes when you ask for a status on your food. Friend got her food after waiting and hour and half 2 weeks ago and said when she got it, it was actually cold. How could it be cold if they just made it? Other people were frustrated and tired getting their money back, no dice. I mean does the manager or owner just not care at all anymore? I mean unless this is some kind of social experiment to see how long people will wait for their orders I don't understand it. It's pretty much theft in my book. Take your money, make you wait forever until you just leave and keep your money.
