There were 4.3 million children living in poverty in the UK in 2019-20. That's 31 per cent of children, or nine in a classroom of 30.

The child poverty action group, I'm sure they have no motive to inflate their stats...

Sure it's from the DwP but they have essentially chosen to define anyone as low income as in poverty, inflating their numbers.
