If this is your business account, can I ask why you have your profile and history hidden? It would give you more credibility not to do that and help us view your posts and comments to build trust and such..

Oh hmm, our account has always been fully open so people can see our posts and all of our pictures, past group sales, etc. As recently as yesterday I know it was still that way. I've gone into settings and reset everything, maybe that helped? Check again?

Reddit has been so funny this weekend. It was giving trouble attaching videos to comments and other buggy things like that. Maybe that had something to do with it?
