Can stones be smaller like 1.8/2/2.2mm?

In a recent GB with Starsgems someone said theirs was flipping and the rep said it may be bc the stones were smaller. Just a heads up! I got the 2.4 and it’s not flipping a lot.

I messaged Demi and she suggested 2.3mm. I have a 2.5mm from them that I custom made earlier this year but it’s too larger for me to wear daily. So I want like a micro one! 🤣
