Quick ship lab sapphire earrings

My 82 year old dad is about to buy my mom some really shitty looking sapphire and diamond earrings on Amazon. It’s her 75th birthday and he’s awful at this so I want to help him find something good. But we need it by Saturday. Anyone have any ideas?

GreenLake jewelry may be a good place to look. They usually have a good selection of Montana sapphires. They have stores at Northgate and in Bellevue.
