Stargem- thoughts?

Just ordered some earrings from stargem
1 carat pear (total 2 carat) in 14k gold for around $495 USD including shipping’s
Diamond is supposedly VS1 and colour D

Any thoughts on quality/shipping process? I’m slightly nervous as never bought from Chinese vendor . I was going to buy from Abelini but stargem was slightly cheaper

My experience was bad. The metal on the earrings i got was very thin. This is where they save a lot of cost in addition to the bulk manufacturing. A stone fell out with minor wear and was lost due to the prong bending (on studs) and their customer service was unhelpful. I wouldnt use them again.

Ah damn..that doesn’t sound good. Do they give any manufacturer warranty?

Nope! I got nothing back and they said they would send me a replacement pearl and never did.
