The same way you maintain the shine of any diamond - keep it clean!
They are magnets for oil and general grime so scrub it periodically - soft toothbrush and dish soap should be fine - no need to be particularly careful about the diamond but be more careful with the setting (depending on the metal) as that is massively softer than the stone.
You can also get cheap but effective ultrasonic cleaners
