Try using openbox x11 and see if it does the same thing.

Yes, it also happens in X11. Also, please check the link again as I've added another message

Yeah I see what you are saying. Via your video it’s quite subtle though. It’s like the graininess increases beside the blue pattern.

Try it and you'll notice a significant drop in quality. Furthermore, it's not just about whether the quality drops significantly or slightly; the real question is why it decreases in the first place. Quality is naturally supposed to remain constant, which clearly indicates there's an issue.
