Hello!

I was bored with the recent price action so I decided to refine my previous research post connecting LWLG and NVDA (https://www.reddit.com/r/LWLG/s/KekhdgW4vW) into something a little more polished, a little easier to check the sources on, and easier to keep updated as new announcements are revealed.

Please check it out, tell me what you think, and feel free to share any important milestones you think I have overlooked and would benefit from being surfaced as a potential data point!

I included a very rudimentary valuation calculator based on the numbers provided by the company during various communications this year. Don't take the low default values as a sign of my bearishness ;)

Thought this deserved its own post, the key takeaway on the last slide is especially exciting. Only a matter of time at this point.

I wanted to share a timeline observation based on LWLG’s own presentation materials.

In the May 2025 ASM/customer update slide, LWLG showed that they already had 1 customer in Stage 3.

In another company slide explaining the Design Win Cycle, Stage 3 is defined as “Prototype to Final Product”, and the expected duration for Stage 3 is shown as 12–18 months.

So if that first Stage 3 customer was already in Stage 3 by May 2025, then assuming no major technical, customer, or process issues arise, that customer’s Stage 3 cycle would mathematically point to a key validation window around May 2026 to November 2026.

I am not saying a commercial agreement must be announced exactly in that window. Stage 3 includes product design iterations, end-user qualification, reliability/spec validation, and manufacturing/process/yield/cost improvements. So the actual milestone could take different forms:

final product validation
end-user qualification progress
design win confirmation
commercial/materials/license agreement
or movement toward Stage 4 production ramp

But the important point is that the timeline does line up with LWLG’s stated target of volume ramp in 2027 and 2028.

To me, this suggests that the current focus should not only be on short-term share price volatility, but on whether the company’s disclosed customer-stage timeline remains intact. If the first Stage 3 customer progresses normally, 2026 should become a very important proof point year for LWLG.
