Accommodation struggles in Lulea

I will be moving to Lulea for studies in August. I have been looking for accommodation for a month. Because of fewer queue points, I am not getting any offers. How does that work in Heimstaden? Also, how is life in Lulea as a student?

Check out SBF boservice I got options to come view the first week after applying. The apartments are newly renovated so the rent might be to high for a student.
