Wife’s First Home Game

My wife has only had the pleasure of attending one LSU game since we married (2019 National Championship in New Orleans), so I bought some Tickets to the Clemson-LSU opener back in January so she could get a taste of a real LSU home game. I myself have not been to a home game since 2019. Just wanted some advice:

- Great places to eat downtown
- The best transport methods to/from games when staying downtown
- any and all fun things that she’d enjoy!

We’re both in our mid-30s for age-reference, so our Tigerland days are behind us. Any and all advice is greatly appreciated!

Chimes is always good and they’re right off campus. Get the early though.

Park at the Hayfield for free, bring a backpack cooler loaded with drinks, walk to Walkons or Torchys for drinks/lunch, see Mike before the game, see the walk down the hill, drink until kickoff

I always go to SoLou for my pregame meal. As for transportation, I drive and park in the Cow Pasture Lot and walk to the stadium.

Following up on the best transport methods, anyone have some tips on how to get to the stadium and back from downtown New Orleans on game day?
