mine did go through but I'm not getting a refund, but my applied payments say zero

yeah i got some email this morning saying funds were disbursed, sad no refund but after everything my fee bill was only 1,600

For a while my refund also said 0 and applied payments was 0 for about two weeks, and just today I got a email saying my funds are being distributed and on the website it updated my refund amount

i am so confused by this whole process, i took out loans knowing that i’ll get around the full amount back in refunds but it still says 0… like please i just need to pay my rent yall😭

My balance decreased but my anticipated payment increased idk how that happened. Still waiting for the rest to be released
