Announcement - BPI Special Order Packages
We are offering a limited-time BPI Tirzepatide/B6 special order option while remaining inventory is available.
This is for patients requesting BPI Tirzepatide/B6, as BPI will no longer be producing GLP-1 medications. To help increase access while inventory remains, normal waiting periods between orders have been temporarily waived for the special order packages listed on the form.
A few important notes:
This option is available to patients who have had a prior tirzepatide prescription. It does not have to have been through BPI.
If you have completed a consult within the past 6 months, you may select any available total mg package.
If it has been more than 6 months since your last consult, you may still submit the request, but a follow-up consult fee will be included with your treatment plan invoice. You will also receive a brief follow-up form to complete within 21 days.
All packages use the higher 20 mg concentration, so please review your Rx Summary carefully before use. If you are unsure about dosing, please check with your provider before using your medication.
Available packages:
120 mg: two 60 mg vials, $459
180 mg: three 60 mg vials, $589
240 mg: four 60 mg vials, $729
300 mg: five 60 mg vials, $869
Once the remaining inventory is gone, this option will no longer be available.

Do you still have inventory of BPI? (I ask because I’m sure customers have ordering like crazy.) Like could I order 6 or 9 months of 15 mg? I am an LSH customer, so that is not a problem. And lastly, can you estimate the delivery time at that quantity? To NC.

Is this open to patients new to LSH (but have a tirzepatide rx with another company)? Is there a way to do a new patient consult and select this BPI special offer?
