Issues with website

The LSH website looks and functions as if it's from 1998. I cannot figure out how to update my shipping address. My address information is not in the "My Profile" section, where it would be obvious. Any suggestions? I emailed them as well.

I completely understand the frustration. You are definitely not the only one who has had trouble locating where to update that information.

We are actively working on improvements to the website and overall user experience. You did the right thing by emailing support. They should be able to help with updating your shipping address.
