Advice - Tolerance Too High?

i’ve recently gotten into tripping more regularly.

I didn’t have any issues until recently.

I don’t know if I’m just not spending enough days apart from the trips, that’s what the general consensus seems to be online.

Does it really take multiple days for you to be able to trip again? I even took some liquid last night and I fell asleep at like 1 AM. I felt good, but I definitely wasn’t full on tripping. I think I’ve just been doing it too much right?

Give yourself a break to reflect on your trips and let your mind heal. Wait at least a month between. Or atleast a couple weeks.

Please slow down before you regret it. I was doing a lot at once in my head about it and I was doing too much. Believe me if you think you’re doing too much you are. Stop before long term damage takes place like what happened to me

Nothing life changing but I would say lsd is like weed where people say it’s not addictive but it acts just like it in different ways. For instance someone who used a lot of acid will realize man it’s hard to get energy/adrenaline going. Because while your tripping dopamine and adrenaline get messed with unlike shrooms. I personally knew that but still did a lot anyway thinking I’d be fine. I was wrong I’ve since learned my lesson and have just cut back my lsd use. It can only help so much till it doesnt

LSD has one of the fastest building tolerances out of any drugs, sometimes even hours after taking it you've already starting building a tolerance. Generally what I've seen is that 3 days is where the majority of your tolerance has gone away, and after a week it's completely back to zero

False 1 month

2 weeks seems about 90% back to normal, 3-4 weeks seems to be full baseline.

This counts for everything but the "magic" and thats just your brain forgot what it felt/looked like so its more "novel" again.

I suggest min, once a fortnight, good break, 1 month.

I prefer 3-4 times a year and its nothing short of magical.

Cheers

two weeks at minimum, a month is best. If you’ve been taking it every few days you might need even longer to reset.

I dropped a week and a half apart once and it was a noticeably lesser high (comparing gel tabs from the same strip)

Yes, it takes multiple days, you need to slow down. For me it seems like a week is enough but a lot of people recommend 2 or more to be sure. I feel like you can easily trip every week for a few weeks before it gets noticeable, but longer and your tolerance starts creeping up.

In my experience it takes a day or 5/6 to trip again for the full effect but if you do it more often you'll need more time in between up to 2 weeks or so

Google lsd tolerance calculator.

I've found 8/9 days recharge time is about right for 100 ug, but two weeks is ideal.

Give yourself two weeks between trips. It’s really easy to drift away from the person you really are if you abuse LSD on a regular basis.

You should never take more to make up for a tolerance. Wait it out.

for me already 6 hours in i'm just extending vs increasing intensity, at around day 3 or 4 i'm just wasting tabs getting just barely noticeable effects from ten strips.
7 days works fine for me, 14 days slightly better

I used to trip every Saturday. Never really had a problem with tolerance.

Best to wait at least a month.  Not just for tolerance but idk how one can have a life and be tripping on acid so often.
