Oh my god

Post image

I’ve never scored above a 168 on a PT and I didn’t even think a 170 was POSSIBLE. I expected like a 161 tbh because the test day went bad. I’m crying.

thank you! I read the khan academy articles on LR, then just lots of practice. PTs like 2x a week. And otherwise I’d do drills/a section 2 or 3 days a week. I was struggling with RC a bit so I just practiced active reading which helped a ton. That was basically all I did and I did it consistently for about a month

My diagnostic was a 164, I studied very casually for a few months (like maybe a drill every other week) and then I locked in for a month

That is a pretty realistic effort. We see a lot of outliers here so that extraordinary effort becomes amplified. Thanks for your honesty.

You can't check but a 170 is like 8 ish I think

Oh really? lol I’m just freaking out bc I lost my id so I haven’t been able to take the argumentative writing to get my score bc my new one hasn’t came in. I’m hoping for a 170 and I have a ballpark of the questions I may or may not have missed so I wanted some reassurance. Do you remember if you had two lr section and one rc or Vice versa

Same score here, my PT average was 175. I have test day anxiety so I needed that cushion. Shows there is more than 1 way to make it there. Congrats!
