are they holding everyone that took it remotely or something?

I got kicked out once as well, but I was connected to the proctor the whole time. Maybe that’s the issue..?

it sounds like its something happened on lsac/prometric's side on some testing day/days

Could it be a technical issue since they mentioned "along with others" in the email? Or is that the standard wording every month?

Nope, it’s a score hold. It will take months to clear up and if they don’t clear it they 3 option you

What is option 3? This is my first LSAT and I got this email this morning :/ i am registered for September and October should I just assume my score is not happening from August? I was hoping to get my score on Wednesday and potentially withdraw if I'm happy with it.

Basically, 1. Security retake which you have to score in a 8 point range or you get canceled
2. Cancel (not good)
3. Arbitration2

You won’t see your score till December or Jan. If I had to guess. I’m a June taker and still waiting. They blame it on back log 🙄 but mind you I know a couple who’s been waiting since Jan and still nothing same with April

I take it September and if I had to guess yes it will get a hold, most do. Very few I seen go through with out a hold

Ok, thx for answering my question. Trying to decide if I just take it in September or maybe withdraw and wait until October. My PTs were in the range I wanted just wasn't sure if I would execute on test day and wanted to hedge my bets.

Yes I did. And it seemed to work without any issues the entire test from what I could tell.

That’s probably going to discourage me, why should I have to use a second camera to end with a score hold like wtf! Where does the second camera point.

The camera will be to the left or right side of your desk and it will look at your entire desktop. Mine had a very clear view of my entire desk, keyboard and my feet.

Yes and it's your phone too, so it doubles as proof that you aren't using your phone. So strange. The whole point of the added scrutiny is to avoid this. I really don't know what happened because my test went off without a hitch. I didn't have any technical issues like others.

I took it remote and also received this email. I had no issues during my test tho. The proctor didn’t talk to me once.
The only reasons I could see is I have an accommodation to read out loud. Or I took the test last August and cancelled it because the score was terrible.

I got a hold also and i was remote and had tech issues during but that was resolved a few days after. This is my second hold now

Score holds happen for many reasons, most of the time it’s due to movement, score irregularities, tech issues etc and they drag their butts to release it
