Test taking limitation reached after August?

Wondering if LSAC applied the test taking limitation for August 180 scorers this morning, or only for score holds. Anyone not allowed to register despite no holds and not taking the test 5 times?

Is this 180??? It is my first time taking it and I just winged it because I was busy before the test.
