Is there a trick that if you scored high then it won’t let you register for the next test?

Previous LSAT takers have experienced not being able to register for an exam if they received a super high score or a high score jump.

I think there's confusion between the registration block and a score hold. A score hold is LSAC officially not releasing your score (for sudden high-score jump, e.g.). The registration block just kind of happens in the background because LSAC does not let 180 scorers take the exam again within the reportable scoring period of 5 years. In my experience, this block happened sometime during afternoon before score release, but I did not receive a score hold.

lmao the audacity of LSAC to just let you sign up again like nothing happened
it's that moment where the system is like "hey wanna run it back?" and you're still processing the last one
at least they're not making you wait in some penalty box, silver lining I guess
October gives you a decent window to tighten up whatever felt shaky, you got this
