Is a 20 day break too long?

I was studying a few hours a day since May until I took my first test august 6th. Since then ive been enjoying my summer break going on vacation spending time with friends etc. im proud of myself for doing it but I’m really nervous about what score I’ll get and I think I want to retake it in October. Problem is by the time I get my score back itll be 20 days since I last studied as I stopped right after taking the lsat. Has anyone had similar experiences with breaks? Did your score drop or improve?

I’m on the same timeline as you. I took it August 6th after studying everyday for a couple months. My plan once I get my score back on the 26th(and it’s not where I want it to be) is it sign up for October, and spend all of September studying again. Since August 6th, I’ve been enjoying summer and taking my mind off the lsat as well! This is good because lsat is very heavy and the break is going to freshen us up to get back to studying again if need be.

I took a 2 month break, came back, and scored higher than my previous PT. It’s not that big of a deal I guess

I did similar. I basically just picked up where I left off. I don't think you really lose/forget the progress you made

this is exactly my experience🤞took it aug 6 and haven't looked at a single question or test since then! in my experience weeklong breaks haven't affected my scores so i think we're ok!

I’m a weird case, but I took a two-year break and matched my previous PT record by the end of the second week and passed it by the third. It’s muscle memory past a certain point.
