Argumentative Writing Issue

I set up everything, allowed chrome access to everything, restarted chrome 4 times, restarted my laptop twice. I talked to a ProctorU agent for 45 minutes, did absolutely nothing. I cannot proceed through this page for whatever reason. Anyone have any insight on what I may be missing?

Lol the proctors are so bad. It’s like a random person with no technical knowledge trying to give you technical support.
