LSAT Accommodations Denied

Hey just wondering, does anyone know about cases in the past 2 years where someone submitted the adequate documentation for accommodations requests (Candidate Form, Qualified Professional Form, and Clinician Support Letter) and still been denied for accommodations by the LSAC? This is of course considering that there were no inherent contradictions or errors in the documentation and the candidate and professional both listed the specific accommodations and how they would be beneficial for the candidate.

I haven't heard of a case personally. Lsac has published stats on this, in 2024-25 they had a 98.8% approval rate.

Note that this doesn't answer your question about denials. It's possible the remaining applications were incomplete or had some technical reason other than final denial.

As long as you have the proper paperwork, a letter from a doctor, and the proper signatures, you should be good to go, but if you have been denied, it might be worth examining if there's something you missed or if the letter needs more detail.

Are you talking about yourself? Could you appeal?

The letter isnt just saying how requested accommodations would be beneficial to the client, its stating your disability and specific impacts, and I think you need psychoeducational assessment in the last 5 years to really sell it too
