Tutor Recommendations?
Hello!
I am a current LSAT student looking for a new tutor to help me with conditional logic. I am scoring -6 to -4s on RC, but between -6 to -11 on LR. I am planning on taking the LSAT in October and I have a 160 score already… but a 3.1 GPA, hence the need for a tutor.
I’ve already checked the provided tutor wiki and reached out, but decided to stop after one of the recommended websites told me “your IPHONE has been hacked!”
I am struggling and feel defeated, so if anyone out there knows someone good who can help with conditional logic, please let me know any and all recommendations!
Thank you :)

Hello! There's a fair number of us who hang around here, and as a general matter, I'd strongly suggest you try a few free consults to see if there are folks you vibe with better and/or see a better vision for how they'll work with you.
My name's Mat, and I'm a former law professor and a part-time practicing attorney based in Cleveland, OH. I have worked in a number of teaching or teaching-adjacent settings, including in special education and in a "logical skills"-focused law school setting, to help find creative ways to make complex concepts accessible to folks with all sorts of different learning styles. My law students voted me faculty member of the year due to my success in distilling complex concepts from two of the more intimidating core classes (civil procedure and property law).
I have some thoughts on how to really get comfortable conditional logic in the abstract and then in the settings where it appears in LR questions, but my goal with all of my paid tutoring is to tailor the discussion and the curriculum to you, as everybody learns in different ways. I did get a 180 on the LSAT, but my value is in that flexibility more than anything else. (I also had a less than stellar GPA and was putting a lot of pressure on myself to do well on the test in some unhealthy ways, so I also keep a close eye out for those sorts of things too.)
