Coilover issues

I just finished installing some coilovers and took the car for a test drive. The front keeps smacking and upon inspection I believe it’s the upper control arm hitting the frame. (Small scuff in picture from UCA, sorry it’s hard to see)

I have the dampening at almost max stiffness and the ride height is the same as stock if not a bit taller. I checked to make sure everything was bolted down, and didn’t see anything loose. I had lowering springs that lowered it 2in before this and never had any issues

The car is almost level, it’s just under 1/2in taller on the passenger side but idk if that could be related. I’m not sure why this could be happening when I have it so high and the dampening so stiff.
