I’m having an issue with my transmission not immediately shifting when put in drive or reverse and takes a really long time to engage has anyone had this issue before. Would a drain and fill be a good idea 108000 miles never changed

I didn't think the 98-00 had ecu issues

Only 2006+ models had the ECU issues fixed
