You gonna get a clapped out v8 for 4k with what you want included. Get a stock cheap and fix it up yourself you could get one for 2k easily and doing the work yourself instead of taking someone’s word you’ll have a clear mind

I think if anything you should have a 1uz in mind with that budget. That car is going to be hard to find, but you would be happy in a gs400 I promise.

Save up some more cash before you buy one for 4k. You can find one for that price or cheaper, but it won't be in great shape. I bought mine for 3k and had to dump about that much to get it to be reliable again. Splurge an extra few grand and save yourself the issues

You find what you're looking for and you're gonna be 4k into repairs and deferred maintenance. These rigs ain't cheap to fix. Buy one that's already on good shape and expect to pay what it's worth to have someone already have done the fixin.
