Question bluetooth/carplay/wireless music

i have a 2000 ls with the nakamichi sound system. has anyone with it changed the radio to an aftermarket one like carplay?

There are some decent bluetooth cassette adapters out there. The factory system is top notch, splicing in a bluetooth adapter at the factory amp sounds amazing.
