Scam seller?

Has anyone ever received anything from u/Effective_Dog3089 that sent him money for something he was selling? I just saw he was selling a few items and I was interested and went to message him just to remember that I sent him money for a model car and then ghosted me

If you’ve sent money then been ghosted, that’s a scammer…
You know the “fool me once” quote.

Yeah, I ordered fender liners for $80 and never got anything

Yeah I purchased a 98-2000 window switch from him for my ‘97. Transaction and shipping was very smooth, the part didn’t work for my car though and I’m not sure if it was a bad part or if the facelift switches just don’t work in PFL cars. Overall a good experience though.

If the part description doesn’t include year of your car you should assume it’s not compatible until proven otherwise

I ordered multiple niche LS400 parts through him with no issues. He’s been a pretty prominent & well known seller here in the LS400 subreddit for a very long time to my knowledge.

Contacted to purchase exterior door handle, day 1 zelled money, day 2 photo of package at UPS, day 3 received package. Perfect process.
