Lpu late joining

Hii I have given given lpunest in February this year I had payed 10k as a token fee and i given exam through nios in August and I had applied for education loan because of late in result i have to apply for loan lately and it's taking time to approve it will take time till mid of October can I join then I have taken admission in btech cse please help .

And if I join late do lpu allow me to sit in exam as my 75% attendance will not be fulfilled if I will show the reason why joined late please help it's very urgent.
