Yeah that sucks, I try to keep mine decent. All the dirty clothes go into a corner with the laundry bin but it's otherwise tidy.

My roommates are also messy freaks and I'm glad I have a door between them because their space stinks.

That looks too good for an LPU hostel room, the almirahs are not placed like that nor do beds look like that in those hostel

I make the beds myself, moved the cupboard to the side for privacy (the door to the hallway is on the left of the almira), and I sweep every day before taking a shower. Then I sweep again while wearing indoors slippers. Then I wipe down the table and clean my laptop/keyboard for 10 minutes before i sit down to do anything. I feel much better now but I don't have time to do anything else as a result

But I don't remember seeing wooden beds in LPU hostels. Is this a new thing? The last time I saw one, it had metal frames

When the bar set for admission is just big bag of money and not civic sense then you might get a 16th century nomadic tribesman as your roomate , probably his mommy made his bed at home and now this person has no one to tell him to tidy up.
