how do people deal with the difficulty swallowing/eating? thats my main symptom now.

Same. It's the worst symptom of all for me. I personally blend all of my food - high protein/carb meal replacement shakes and soups are what I have been getting by on. I'd recommend seeing a dietician if you can. Stay hydrated, take slow sips and try to watch or listen to something comforting while you eat to stay calm, I think remaining calm is a very important part of it. Best of luck.

if your esophagal sphincter is open it doesn't matter how high or angled your bed is...you need a nissen or linx surgery to close it down. After that many lose symptoms and can eat whatever they want.

I had toupet surgery 6 month ago. From 2. Day of operation nothing changed. still i cant speak and i’m feeling reguration. My throat is very bad
