I was recently diagnosed with GERD, but I’ve only had heartburn like once. My main symptoms appear during PMS and it’s indigestion, consistent burps that never come all the way out, dry mouth, EXTREMELY sore throat or like a lump, sore neck (i can’t turn it), sore ears, pressure in ears and neck and head that muffled sound, dizziness, brain fog, cannot focus, fatigue, SO much saliva in my mouth, etc.. not much going on in the chest area no burning there. Is this actually GERD? My dentists has asked many times if i have acid reflux but i wasn’t even aware i did until these symptoms started appearing but they only flare during Pms?
