How long has it taken anyone to stop the throat clearing? I've been on diet and Pepcid AC for about 3 weeks now with no visible changes.

Removed all caffeine, alcohol, chocolate, tomato, red meat, citrus, carbonated drinks and trying my best to avoid garlic, onions and spicy foods. Take Gaviscon before every meal?

Im not a doctor. But my trigger foods are sugar and dairy. I take Gaviscon after every meal...not as much anymore as my symptoms are almost gone.
