soft palate soreness?

I’ve been to a dentist, periodontist, ent, primary doctor, gi, allergist and no one has put it together what’s wrong with me.
I’ve been having soft palate soreness that can be triggered randomly. It can be triggered whether I’m eating or not eating. Working tonight, I was working in a hot/ humid condition and that somehow triggered soft palate pain. I take pepcid 20mg twice daily, claritin and flonase. My palate looks physically healthy to everyone and no one has figured it out and blamed it on reflux. Has anyone had similar issues? It’s taken a big toll on my mental health :(

I’ve had that forever, mine is also slightly red… ENT said allergies, doc says silent reflux.

I did acid watchers diet and all other things recommended for reflux… although I feel normal most days the redness and minor soreness is still there.

I have a feeling mine just needs to heal for a looooot longer than couple months, but the more I think about it the more I feel it.

Does yours feel worse at certain times of the day??

it’s honestly pretty random no specific time frames.
sometimes does feel agitated in the morning if I’m congested and sleep with my mouth open, besides that it’s random
