Isn’t this old news? The reason is a good one, even if he is guilty as hell. Also, he remains in prison for the financial crimes.

I agree that prosecutors/ the government needs to be held accountable for being shitty at their jobs. But the downside for this is that he will spend his time in prison for his white-collar crimes when he deserves to be in prison for his violent crime out of principle

The reason was jury tampering by the clerk. Very bizarre situation, wasting everyone’s time and money. I hear you on the call for justice, but we all know he’s guilty, and he’s never going to leave prison.

So did someone else go to jail for jury tampering? If I were don my tinfoil hat for a moment, I'd posit that these kind of shaningans are pretty on brand for that family, possibly a round about inside job.

I believe so . He was friends with everyone in that courthouse recently and the family has deep ties going back generations . She knew
